Refund & Return Policy

Returns & exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used, washed, or altered cannot be returned. Sale or clearance items may be final sale where indicated.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp or email care@uvastra.in within 7 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll confirm your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. If you’ve already paid, you’ll receive a full refund for cancelled orders.
